Do we offer Returns?

Depends on the product!

  1. Custom piece or anything from our services list, returns/refunds are not accepted.
  2. For items within the shop, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy unless otherwise labeled on the product.
  3. Pieces from our collections? If any faults are present, some returns/repairs are offered; however, since we follow a made-to-order concept, no returns/refunds are accepted after purchase.

FAQ About Shipping

How long until my order ships?

Products listed on the shop will ship within one week of purchase unless otherwise noted (ie: made-to-order products). Some items require more time; these items include timing details in the product description. Please allow up to 4-6 months on production time of your made-to-order items.

I need a piece quickly. Do you accept rush orders online?

Yes! If you need your product quicker than it is estimated to ship please email cornerofsunshineco@gmail.com prior to purchasing and we will try to accommodate your requests. Item availability varies and rushing is subject to availability.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! We are happy to combine shipping for your purchase when the items are purchased together in one transaction. If you buy items in separate transactions, please email us or write a note in the comments box for the second item to let us know you’d like the shipping combined and we will refund the difference in shipping.

How can I track my package?

You will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your order has shipped. A second email will also be sent at this time with your tracking number. This will be sent to the email address entered when entering payment information. You may use this tracking number at the courier that has been arranged to fit your needs.

When should I order my piece(s) online?

When possible, we recommend not waiting until the last minute to order your piece. Some items are one of a kind, so when it is sold, it is gone. If you love it, don’t wait! For our made-to-order pieces, we indicate creation time in the product description.

What do I do if my package is lost or I have shipping issues?

After an item leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the mailing service. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact us at cornerofsunshineco@gmail.com and we will send you a custom invoice for the correct insurance. We will not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping.

International Shipping

Shipping may take from 2 weeks to 1 month or longer. Don’t wait until the last minute! All packages no matter what courier method will be subject to customs. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not Corner of Sunshine LLC or it’s employees. We cannot mark our purchased shipments as “gifts” on customs documents so please do not request this.

International Shopping Options

  • USPS First Class International: 2-4+ weeks, no online tracking, no insurance, no delivery confirmation
  • USPS Priority International: average of 6-10 business days not guaranteed, delivery confirmation and online tracking
  • USPS Express International: average of 3-5 business days, delivery confirmation, online tracking and option to add insurance

Shipping rates will be visible on the last page of checkout based on the destination country. We recommend choosing Priority or Express shipping as it offers tracking.
